From May 22 to 24,2024, SGS, the world's leading inspection, identification, testing and certification organization, conducted a three-day upgrade audit of our food safety management system. As an internationally renowned certification organization, SGS has won worldwide recognition for its rigorous and professional auditing standards and processes. The audit is a comprehensive inspection of our food safety management level.
In the three-day upgrade audit, SGS company sent four experienced auditors to conduct a strict and complete audit of the whole systems and process of our food production. They also carefully reviewed the company's more than 60 food safety management manuals and program control documents, as well as other systems and data documents, to ensure that every regulation is effectively implemented and every commitment is truthfully fulfilled at the same time. The audit covered all parts of the company, from planning and operational control of safety products to pest control, warehousing, transportation and storage management processes; From the equipment maintenance management process, monitoring and measuring equipment, to the quality management, externally provided products and services process/outsourcing management process, to the sales and customer service process, food safety team, documented information control process, and internal audit/management review and so on.
After the professional and strict review, our company successfully passed the upgrade audit. The auditors affirmed our company's execution and achievements in food safety management system, and recognized our company's professional in food production, management and service. At the same time, they also put forward some valuable suggestions to help our company further improve the food safety management system and enhance the level of food safety management.
The annual audit conducted by SGS is not only a comprehensive examination of our company's food safety management system but also an affirmation of our consistent emphasis and investment in food safety. Since obtaining the FSSC22000, HACCP, and ISO22000 management system certifications in 2015, our company has successfully passed each audit.
