In February 1996, Qingdao Weimei Food Co., Ltd. was established.
In March 1996, Qingdao Weimei Food Co., Ltd. established an office in Qingdao.
In June 1999, Qingdao Weimei Food Co., Ltd. established its factory for selection, inspection, and packaging.
In June 1999, it obtained DNV (Det Norske Veritas) certification OF ISO 9001 and HACCP, and the online OA (Office Automation) system was put into use.
In June 2000, we became the first domestic company to relocate a Japanese quality inspection factory to China and introduced the use of X-ray machines in the freeze-drying industry. This enabled us to produce products for export to Japan that could be used directly without the need for secondary inspection in Japan
In March 2003, Qingdao Weimei Food Co., Ltd. expanded its second-phase factory.
In March 2003, the second-phase expansion was completed, and we launched small-packaged products，like chunky soup bases targeting high-end Italian pasta, Japanese-style deep-fried vegetable cakes, roasted vegetables, and more.
In June 2003, we obtained KOSHER certification and FDA registration, officially expanding our import and export business to Europe and America.
In February 2006, the management accounting department was established, and the ERP system went live and started running.
In June 2006, Qingdao Weimei Food Co., Ltd. expanded its third-phase factory.
In June 2006, the new quality management system ISO 9000 and HACCP certification were obtained, and we introduced automatic small-packaged products for the Japanese, European, and American markets.

In January 2012, Qingdao Weimei Food Co., Ltd. relocated its entire operation to Qingdao Powerful Talent Biotech Co., Ltd.
In January 2012, the official start of production for the vacuum freeze-drying production line marked a significant milestone.
In May 2012, the company achieved several important certifications, including: FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System Certification. ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System Certification. HACCP Food Safety System Certification. These certifications reflect the company's commitment to food safety and quality management.
In March 2014, the R&D Center of Qingdao Powerful Talent Biotech Co., Ltd. was established.
In October 2015, Qingdao Powerful Talent Biotech Co., Ltd. established the 'Fangzhou Haoshi' brand.
In January 2016, the Fangzhou HaoshiTM series of products were launched.
In April 2016, the Fangzhou Haoshi online store was launched.
In September 2016, the company was awarded the recognition of Specialized and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise in Qingdao City.
In November 2016, the company obtained Qingdao High-tech Enterprise Certification.
In June 2017, the Technical Center of Qingdao Powerful Talent Biotech Co., Ltd. was established.
In September 2018, the company obtained the certification as an "Enterprise Technology Center" in Qingdao.
In June 2018, the Science Popularization Education Base of Qingdao Powerful Talent Biotech Co., Ltd. was established.
In December 2018, the company received certification as a "Jiaozhou City Science Popularization Base.
In September 2019, Qingdao Powerful Talent Biotech Co., Ltd. celebrated its 10th anniversary.
In May 2020, the second-phase project construction of Qingdao Powerful Talent Biotech Co., Ltd. commenced.
In September 2020, the second-phase freeze-dried coffee project of Qingdao Powerful Talent Biotech Co., Ltd. commenced operation.
In October 2020, the company received certification as a "Qingdao Science Popularization Base."
In April 2021, Qingdao Powerful Talent Biotech Co., Ltd. obtained recognition as a "Jiaozhou City Primary and Secondary School Students' Extracurricular Social Practice Base."
In June 2022, Qingdao Powerful Talent Biotech Co., Ltd. was honored with the title of "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization" by the Jiaolai Street Committee.
In August 2022, Qingdao Powerful Talent Biotech Co., Ltd. was recognized as a "Study Lei Feng Base" by the Qingdao municipal authorities.
In July 2022, the company's rooftop distributed photovoltaic project commenced construction.
In February 2023, the company's rooftop photovoltaic project was connected to the grid and started generating electricity.
