2026-06-17

To enrich employees' leisure life, alleviate work pressure, and strengthen team cohesion, our company organized a three-day team-building trip to Taizhou, Yangzhou, and Nanjing from May 3 to 5, 2026, with the participation of employees and their families. Blessed with fine weather, colleagues traveled together, enjoying the scenery, savoring local delicacies, and chatting freely, spending a relaxing and delightful time together.

The itinerary covered three renowned cities in Jiangnan, blending natural landscapes with cultural heritage, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the rich charm of the region.

On the first day, we arrived in Taizhou and visited the Mei Lanfang Memorial Hall (Mei Garden) to learn about the artistic legacy of the Peking Opera master. We then strolled along Taizhou Old Street, known as the "No.1 Snack Street in Central Jiangsu," wandering through Ming and Qing-style alleys, tasting various local snacks, and experiencing the authentic hustle and bustle of daily life. After nightfall, the team enjoyed a night cruise on the Fengcheng River. With shimmering lights reflecting off the emerald water, the picturesque scenery offered an immersive view of this "Water Paradise."

The next day, we headed to Yangzhou to visit the Slender West Lake, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Flanked by blooming flowers and swaying willows, iconic landmarks such as the Five-Pavilion Bridge, White Pagoda, and Twenty-Four Bridges showcased the unique elegance of Jiangnan gardens. Everyone then explored the East Gate Street at their own pace, checking out specialty shops and local flavors while soaking in the ancient charm of the old city. In the afternoon, we traveled to Nanjing to visit the serene and solemn Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, feeling the profound weight of history. As night fell, we took a night cruise along the Confucius Temple Scenic Area of the Qinhuai River. The dazzling lights illuminated the ten-mile riverbank, and a wide array of Jinling snacks created a vibrant and lively atmosphere.

On the final day, we visited the Dabao'en Temple, praised as the "Foremost of a Hundred Temples." The ancient ruins carry a long-standing historical legacy, and modern technology is used to recreate a thousand years of history. Precious unearthed relics and exquisite architectural remains left everyone in awe. After the tour, the team-building trip concluded successfully, and everyone returned home full of joy.

This team-building event allowed everyone to take a break from their busy schedules, relax both physically and mentally, and grow closer through spending time together, demonstrating a united, friendly, and positive team spirit. This short period of rest is meant to prepare us for a better start. Moving forward, all employees will channel the energy and enthusiasm gained from the trip into their work, uniting our hearts and efforts to push the company's development to new heights.
