To enrich employees' leisure life, alleviate work pressure, and strengthen team cohesion, our company organized a three-day team-building trip to Taizhou, Yangzhou, and Nanjing from May 3 to 5, 2026, with the participation of employees and their families. Blessed with fine weather, colleagues traveled together, enjoying the scenery, savoring local delicacies, and chatting freely, spending a relaxing and delightful time together.

Time waits for no one, yet the seasons flow; Rowing diligently forward, we bear abundant fruits. To comprehensively summarize the achievements of 2025, recognize outstanding models, and galvanize efforts for progress, Chaojin Biotechnology held a grand "2025 Annual Summary and Recognition Conference" on February 14, 2026, under the theme "Galloping into Spring with Honors, Embarking Anew with Glory." Chairman Wei Zhaogong, General Manager Wu Shiwen, Deputy General Manager Liu Kaiyu, heads of various departments, and all employees gathered to jointly review the journey of struggle and chart the development blueprint for 2026.

In late April, before the May Day holiday, the lake shimmers with light. On April 30th, Qingdao Powerful Talent Biotech Co.,Ltd. organized its employees to escape urban bustle and embark on a scenic drive to Zibo's Mata Lake National Wetland Park - celebrated as the "Jiangnan of the North" - initiating a leisurely journey blending nature exploration, cultural discovery, and ecological education.

On the eighteenth day of the first lunar month, we commence our work with great fortune! On February 15 (18th of the first Lunar month) ,fireworks bright, firecrackers in unison! In the front door of Qingdao Powerful Talent Biotech Co., Ltd. all employees and guests from all walks of life gathered in the company to jointly open a new chapter of struggle in 2025 with a grand opening ceremony!

On January 24, 2025, the company solemnly held the 2024 annual summary and commendation conference. Chairman Wei Zhaogong, General Manager Wu Shiwen and all cadres and employees gathered together to review the struggle course in 2024,to summarize the achievements of the past year, analyze the problems, commend the advanced personnel, encourage the excellent performance, lay a solid foundation for the future development of the company, correct the course, and draw a blueprint for the development of 2025.

On December 31, 2024, “2025 New Year Event and New Product Launch”was grandly held, which was attended by Chairman Wei Zhaogong, General Manager Wu Shiwen，relevant social celebrities, and all cadres and employees of the company. During the event, new coffee launch conference was held, and there were also wonderful shows, multiple rounds of lucky draw to add to the excitement.
